Ans: For orders that are to be delivered within Ahmedabad, it takes a maximum of 2 days. For orders outside Ahmedabad but within Gujarat, it takes 4 days for delivery. For all other

orders, outside Gujarat, it takes 7 days for the order to reach you.

2). I received a damaged product. What do I do now?

Ans: For any damaged product, please raise a query through the chatbot along with an image of the damaged product. It shall be replaced.

3). I wish to exchange my product. What do I do?

Ans: There are some products that fall under the category of ‘non-returnable’, the information about which is available on the order page of the product. These products cannot be

exchanged.

Ans: We have all the major brands, that include Almonard, Symphony, Philips, Finolex, RR, Cable, Conduit Global, and Polycab.

5). How do I check the status of my order?

Ans: Through account login on the website, you would be able to track your order.

6). The price that I see is the price that I get? Or are there any hidden charges?

Ans: Quoted Price on our website is the final price including all taxes, but does not include shipping. When you place an order, you can see the GST/Tax breakup of the item, which is

purely for information only. Shipping charges, which are displayed in the shopping cart, are applied according to the product’s weight and mode of transport.

7). Can I avail a GST credit?

Ans: Yes, you can avail of GST credit, if you have a valid GST number.

8). Do you have an EMI option on all the products?

Ans: EMI option is available for certain products, the information about which would be available on the individual order page.
